- We do offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100. This offer applies to the subtotal before tax and is valid only in 48 contiguous US states.
- Many items have been changed to free shipping - no need to reach any minimum order. Just add to your cart and enjoy free shipping on items marked as "Free Shipping."
- We estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates appear on the item page.
- Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
- A shipping confirmation containing a tracking number for your order is automatically emailed to each buyer upon shipment.
- We ship worldwide; import duties, taxes and other charges pertaining to international orders are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's Customs regulations prior to buying.
- We do not mark down merchandise values or mark merchandise as "gifts" in customs forms.
If you are unhappy with your purchase and need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order. - Returns are accepted in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or full refund.
- Shipping and handling are not refundable.
- Returns that are a part of a free shipping promotion will be subject to restocking fees equal to the shipping fees incurred.
- Returns made outside of the specified above time frame will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
- We will replace any item damaged in shipping. In order to process your claim please send a photo of the damage to email@example.com. Keep all packaging materials and damaged pieces while your claim is being processed. We will file the claim and handle all the paperwork for you.
